About the Minnesota Manufactured and Modular Home Association

Our Mission

The Voice for Factory-Built Manufactured and Modular Housing in Minnesota

The Manufactured and Modular Home Association of Minnesota was formed in 1951 and represents more than 350 businesses, including factory-built manufactured homes and modular home builders, sales centers, land lease communities, banks and lenders, developers, and suppliers to the factory-built manufactured homes and modular homes industry.

The Association works to promote quality housing that is affordable, encourages a level playing field in the public policy arena and educates its members on new home building technologies and best industry practices. It sponsors seminars and workshops, assists members with local zoning and building code concerns, provides updates on state and federal law changes, new regulations, and offers continuing education opportunities approved by the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry and Minnesota Department of Commerce for licensed residential building contractors, installers, and real estate brokers.
