Showcase MOD The Red Rock Modular

The Showcase MOD / The Red Rock Modular built by Cavco Montevideo is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom doublewide modular home with 1,813 square feet on a 62-foot frame. A bath with a corner tub and optional shower begins the plan, and the utility room offers a drop zone and an optional work center. Optional barn doors, archways and a stairwell are shown, and the lower bedroom has cubbies. The living room, dining room and island kitchen share the open center, with a second bath and tub set between two bedrooms. This floor plan is part of Cavco Montevideo’s Discovery home line.
